About the Role

Instructional Coaches partner directly with educators in virtual coaching relationships throughout the school year. Through one-on-one coaching conversations, instructional artifact review, and evidence-based reflection, coaches help teachers identify high-leverage next steps that lead to lasting instructional improvement.

At EdConnective, coaching is not evaluative—it's collaborative. Our coaches serve as thought partners who ask meaningful questions, facilitate reflection, analyze evidence of teaching and learning, and help educators translate professional learning into improved classroom practice.

Coaches receive onboarding and training in the EdConnective Coaching Model, which emphasizes relationship-building, data-informed decision-making, reflective practice, and actionable next steps. Coaches work with educators across a variety of instructional settings, including elementary, secondary, adult education, and other specialized learning environments.
